About Chestermere
Chestermere is a dynamic recreational community with a population of just over 11,000 (2007) with all of the ambiance of a laid-back lakeside community with friendly neighborhoods, housing, schools that are close to home and stores with services minutes away.

Chestermere is served by Highway 1A which is also referred to in Calgary as 17 Avenue S.E. The Trans Canada Highway is also adjacent to the Town of Chestermere.
